Coaching and Show Services for our A circuit boarders & Schooling Level Riders

We provide coaching for A Circuit and Schooling Level Riders to allow riders to achieve their horse show goals.   We occasionally attend  shows in the US (Florida & Kentucky) during the off-season.

Trailering, clipping, grooming, braiding, show preparation, entry management and stabling are all also available (at a cost).

Scho oling Lessons
At Windamere stables we offer a comprehensive lesson program for all ages.  Lessons are taught on seasoned school horses with qualified coaches.  Lessons are offered year round with winter classes taking place in our large indoor arena.

Hour long group lessons are available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and all day on Saturday.  For the summer, the schedule changes to allow families more flexibility.  Private lessons can be booked on request.  Students should allow enough time to groom their horse before and after each lesson so parents should allow for their child to be at their lesson for 1.5 – 2 hours.  All group lessons are limited to a maximum of 5 riders.

All new partcipants are required to have a private assessment to determine their riding level so that they can be put into the correct group with others at the same level.

All students are required to wear an approved safety riding helmet, boots with at least a 1” heel and tight fitting pants or breeches.  Long hair needs to be worn in a pony tail or tied back.

Lessons are paid for in blocks per 4 month session and paid in advance by post dated cheques dated the beginning of each month.
